Coyote Hills Ophthalmology is a physician-led eye care practice in Fullerton whose motto is simple: your vision is our mission. The clinic delivers comprehensive ophthalmic care for patients of all life cycles, from diagnosing anterior segment pathologies to treating retinal diseases.

The practice is led by Diana Lee, MD, a Georgetown School of Medicine graduate who completed a comprehensive ophthalmology residency, an ophthalmic pathology fellowship at the Stein Eye Institute-UCLA, and a fellowship in medical retina procedures and basic vitreoretinal surgery.

• Comprehensive exams and diagnostic testing, including optical coherence tomography, visual field testing, and corneal topography

• In-clinic laser procedures: YAG capsulotomy, selective laser trabeculoplasty, laser peripheral iridotomy, and laser retinopexy
• Intravitreal injections, chalazion excision, and foreign body removal
• Cataract, pterygium, eyelid, and retinal surgery in the operating room

For eye emergencies — chemical injury, trauma, retinal detachment symptoms, or sudden vision loss — the office offers same-day and urgent appointments. Call the clinic, or go to the nearest emergency room.

The practice accepts most insurances and will help explain your benefits so there are no surprises. Out-of-network and cash-basis fees are set at two times Medicare rates.

What should I bring to a first appointment?

Bring a medication list (including eye drops), dark sunglasses in case you are dilated, your glasses, contact lens case and solution if you wear contacts, your insurance card, and a government-issued ID.
